Thank you for shopping with Bella Su Accessory! We take pride in offering handcrafted charm jewellery and unforgettable charm bar workshop experiences. Please read our policy below for refunds and cancellations.
Product Orders
All jewellery items are made with care and attention. Due to the handmade and personalised nature of our pieces:

Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Faulty or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll happily replace or refund the item.

Lost Parcels: We are not responsible for items lost during shipping, but we’ll help you follow up with the courier service.

What to include in the Refund Policy
We understand that things come up — here's how we handle cancellations and changes:
Cancellations:

48–72 hours’ notice: You will receive a 50% refund of your booking fee, or you may reschedule the workshop at no extra cost.

Less than 48 hours’ notice: We do not offer refunds but will allow you to reschedule your workshop at no extra cost.
Weather-Related Changes:

If your workshop is affected by severe weather, we’ll work with you to reschedule at no extra cost.

No refunds are issued for weather-related changes.
Rescheduling Workshops
If you need to reschedule your workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, you may do so within 48 hours of your original booking without additional fees.
No-Shows
f you or your group fail to attend the scheduled workshop without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
