For custom or bulk orders, processing may take a little longer — we’ll notify you if that’s the case.

We offer both domestic and international shipping:

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame:

Incorrect Addresses

Local Pickup (if applicable)
Local pickup from Doolandella, QLD is available by appointment. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll contact you to arrange a time.
Gift Orders
Purchasing for a loved one? Leave a note at checkout if you’d like us to include a complimentary handwritten message and remove pricing from the packaging.
